New Start Foundation is partnering to create a world class treatment centre for patients with mental illness and addiction. A full continuum of care by an inter-professional team composed of child and adolescent psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, social workers, nurses, child and youth workers will treat over 500 Youth each year.
